What happens after I purchase?

You'll receive a printable or emailable e-gift certificate to the email address provided at the checkout. No email? Make sure to check your spam folder or contact help@rebeccareidvocalstudio.com, if you need more help.

 

What's the refund policy?

Gift certificates are non-refundable or exchangeable.

 

How long are Gift Certificates valid for?

Gift certificates are valid for 12-months from the date of issue. See gift certificate for expiry date.

 

Where can I redeem the Gift Certificate?

I use Acuity Scheduling to manage all student bookings. You can redeem gift certificates here using the unique coupon code.

Bookings are flexible and can be cancelled/rescheduled up to 24-hours before the date/time of lesson - see cancellation policy for full details.

 

Who do I teach?

I exclusively teach adults over the age of 18 years old of all voice types, from all backgrounds, at all levels and abilities - from complete beginner to advanced.
