BOOKING & PAYMENT

• All singing lessons must be booked and paid for through the Acuity booking system.

• Payment is due in advance of the lesson to secure the booking.

CANCELATION POLICY

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of the lessons will be charged in full.

• Exceptions may be made for emergencies, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, subject to discussion.

ELIGIBILITY

• Singing lessons are available to individuals aged 18 and above.

• Proof of age may be required.

​

LESSON FORMAT

• Lessons can be conducted face-to-face or online depending on the student’s preference.

• Online lessons will be conducted via Zoom.

​

LESSON DURATION

• Standard lesson duration is 60 minutes.

• Extended lesson times can be arranged upon request and availability.

​

MATERIALS & PREPARATION

• Students are responsible for providing any necessary materials, including sheet music and backing tracks, etc.

• For online lessons, students are responsible for ensuring that they have a stable internet connection, microphone, and webcam.

​

STUDIO ETIQUETTE

• For face-to-face lessons, please arrive on time for your lesson. If you are running late, notify me in advance.

• In the case of online lessons, ensure you are in a quiet and private space to minimise distractions.

• Recording of lessons is not permitted without prior consent.

• Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in termination of the lesson without refund.

INDIVIDUAL RESULTS

• Every individual's progress in singing is unique, and results may vary. I cannot guarantee specific outcomes or improvements, as progress depends on factors such as practice, dedication, and individual abilities.

 

HEALTH & SAFETY

• Please inform me of any health conditions or allergies that may affect the lesson.

• If feeling unwell, please reschedule the lesson to avoid the risk of spreading illness.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• All materials provided during lessons, including but not limited to singing exercises, sheet music, and recordings, are the intellectual property of Rebecca Reid Vocal Studio.

• Students may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without permission.

TERMINATION OF LESSONS

• I reserve the right to terminate lessons if a student consistently violates the terms and conditions or engages in disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.

CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS 

• I may from time to time change these Terms and Conditions without giving you notice, but I will use all reasonable endeavours to inform you as soon as is reasonably possible of any such change.

PERSONAL INFORMATION (Data Protection)

• I will only use your personal information as set out in my Privacy Policy.
