Please know that I value both your time and my time.
When you book a lesson, that time is set aside for your lesson plus additional time to prepare. This allows me to come to your lesson ready to utilise our time efficiently as possible.
I understand that emergencies happen and rescheduling or cancellation may be required.
If you need to reschedule/cancel a lesson with me, you can reschedule/cancel up to 24 hours before your lesson booking by clicking “change/cancel appointment” at the bottom of your booking confirmation email.
Lessons cancelled with more than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 1.5% + 20p (UK), 2.5% + 20p (Europe) and 3.25% + 20p (International).
Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice (including no-shows) are non-refundable.
Please note that if any refund is due it can take 3-5 working days to process.
